Okanagan Valley Soundscape Project
Multimedia artist Anna Glynn and biologist Peter Dalmazzo teamed up for this interdisciplinary project exploring and recording the sounds of the Okanagan landscape. The collected field recordings throughout the environment, above and below water, terrestrial and aquatic, in a variety of ecotypes, forests and grasslands, in nature and human environments.
Anna would like to thank the Veolia Mulwaree Trust for awarding her a Veolia Creative Arts Scholarship in recognition of her commitment and contribution to the creative arts. This award was used towards travel and living costs in taking up her position as artist in residence at the Caetani Cultural Centre and the Allan Brooks Nature Centre.
